Scope of the service
Davetola is an online platform that lets users create a digital invitation from ready-made invitation designs, edit that invitation, publish it through a guest link after payment, and follow the RSVPs they receive.
User account
- A user can see the invitations created in their own account and edit them before payment.
- The user is responsible for keeping their account details accurate and their password secure.
- No access may be gained to another user’s invitation, payment or attendee records.
Publication and usage period
- The guest link does not open until payment is completed.
- The publication period is determined by the event date as it stands at the moment of payment, and it ends 14 days after that event date.
- Invitation content is locked after payment. A new invitation must be created for a different person, a different date, a different venue or a different occasion.
- Reasonable corrections such as a typo may be handled through the admin/support approval flow; doing so does not extend the end of the publication period.
Prohibited use
The platform may not be used for content that is misleading or unlawful, that contains personal data used without permission, that infringes copyright, or that could harm third parties. Records deemed necessary may be suspended or removed from publication.
