Your music plan is split into sections: the bride’s entrance, the first dance, the opening, the closing, and so on. You add songs to each section along with a time and a stage note.
Adding a song
Find the song on YouTube and paste the link. The title and the artist come from the link on their own; you can correct them by hand if you want.
Sending it to the DJ
Send the sharing link on the plan page to your DJ. The DJ opens it without an account, cannot edit it and only reads it. If you refresh the link, the old one stops working.
Notes
You can add a stage note to each section — “dim the lights”, “confetti ready”. What a DJ needs to know is not only which songs play, but what happens at that moment.
