Why it helps
A guest may have opened the invitation on their phone weeks ago and no longer have the link handy on the day itself. A code sitting on the table closes that gap — scanning it opens the invitation, or, if the memory vault is on, opens straight to the photo upload screen.
The code is only generated once the invitation is published, so you never print a code that points at an address that does not work yet.

The code is rendered server-side as a vector (SVG) — no third-party service is called, so there is no risk of the code breaking if that service goes away. It stays sharp at any size.
Error correction is set deliberately high: a code on a wedding table can get a drink spilled on it, get creased, or half-covered by a plate, and still scan.
