A document or a poster?
The two designs do two different jobs. Antet is a document: white paper, a thin gray rule, left-aligned details, no imagery. That is the right one for internal meetings, notices and formal invitations.
Lobi is a stage: graphite ground, a full-page photo, large type, a poster layout. For launches, galas and client events. The same company sends Antet to an internal meeting and Lobi to a product launch.
Export the attendee list
Attendees say whether they are coming and how many people they bring from inside the invitation. The list collects in your dashboard and exports as a table you can send straight to the venue or the caterer.
You are notified on every new answer; you never assemble the list by chasing people.
The organization and the inviting department are separate
In larger organizations a department does the inviting — People, Corporate Communications, Marketing. The organization name and the department have their own fields and print on consecutive lines.
Leave the department empty and the line does not appear.
