A published invitation gets an address of its own. Anyone who knows that address can see it; it is closed to search engines, but the address is not a secret.
If you want it more private
You can set an access password in the invitation settings. With a password set, whoever opens the address enters the password first.
Seeing who looked
Your dashboard shows the view count for the invitation. Who those people were is not recorded.
